Message: May I say, we RARELY write reviews & we personally didn't know anyone in this Company. We found ourselves with a problem the first day we turned on our Central Air. We spoke to a gracious Camille whom gave us a timely appt. (Was somewhat desperate as a medical condition necessitated AC). Bottom line, Rep Prentiss came, a true professional, honest, very knowledgeable and explained & documented everything he did. When you have knowledgeable reps calling the right shots-you save money in the long run, making it a win-win situation. Turns out this Company's business cards are available on my job's front counter. Now should someone ask, I will happily recommend their services. With a thankful heart-they got 5 stars from us today! We had one company here, several times, and they were never able to diagnosed the problem that Prentiss did today.

Message: It is never good to need air conditioning service in late July or early August. HVAC service companies are usually quite busy. I called Silvestri and received an almost immediate call back. Scheduled a timely appointment and service tech Scott was great. He quickly diagnosed our issues and came up with solutions. Parts were ordered and my work completed successfully a few days later. I was shown the new parts going in and the parts that came out. We are quite pleased.

Message: Can't say enough about D Silvestri & Sons. We moved into a home that needed a lot of electrical adjustments. After getting a $5k quote and told we needed to open our walls from another local electrician, we were SO HAPPY with the attention to detail Mike, Chance and their team paid to our needs. There was absolutely no reason to open our walls or spend $5k on repairs. They helped us out during these insanely busy times within a few short days of calling and talking to Heidi, who is so so so friendly and helpful. They've come back multiple times and even helped us with our hot water heater (John - thank you! ) and AC/Heat Pump units to make sure our first few weeks in our new home were comfortable. We highly recommend this company and their entire team. We'll continue to use them for all of our electrical and heating/cooling needs. Thank you guys - you're the best!

Message: I brought in a broken window AC to have them look at. They advised me about the expense of repair vs replace with realistic estimates and zero pressure. I ended up having them fix it and they did a great job. It works great now and I saved a bundle over buying a new one. Super friendly service, and personal attention from the owner (I think?), Mike. Highly recommended!

Message: I called D Silvestri Sons this morning because I noticed my upstairs central air wasn't cooling properly last night. They were kind enough to squeeze me in same day. Scott arrived and promptly found the issue. He fixed the upstairs condenser (bad capacitor) and also checked my downstairs unit. Scott provided detailed explanations of the issues he found and also gave detailed recommendations on how to improve my inside/outside airflow, as well as suggested a future service to make sure everything stays working efficiently and effectively. Scott was very friendly, kind and knowledgeable. I will definitely be calling D Silvestri Sons for future needs.

Message: I am a designer in the Tri-State area and have recently had the pleasure of working with Mike Bosco & D Silvestri & Sons for electric. Mike and Nick are total professionals who do beautiful lighting installs and run a clean, thorough, proactive and positive job. As someone who has been on job sites for 20 plus years, it's great to see the next generation of Trades step in and do such good work. The repair was professionally done, including minimal cleaning on my part. I know when I call them, any work that they do is something that I don't have to worry about.
