Message: This is my first year with a inground d pool. I was having issues getting the chemistry right and shocking it. Ari took time out through email, phone and in person to explain and help me through the process. I can't say enough about Ari and his staff. I will be a customer as long as I own a pool.

Message: I have dealt with many of the local Pool Supply Stores in recent weeks. I usually walk in and have to wait for customers working though their pool issues. Now I do not blame the stores because of employee shortages. I called Cannon and got somebody very knowledgeable and helpful. I drove to the store and there were employees ready to help and no wait. The young lady that helped me, knew her stuff!

Message: A competitor of Cannon Pools installed my 16'x32' pool last summer, a fact that I deeply regret. I had to finish much of the work myself and correct many things that had been done by the contractor. Though the project was paid in full before the digging began, I didn't even receive my hand rails until a few weeks ago- and I had to go get them from the contractor myself. Further, this is my first experience owning a pool, so I had never opened or closed one as well.. Through every problem last summer finishing the project, until now with installing and plumbing a slide; the staff at Cannon has always taken the time to thoroughly understand whatever nightmare scenario I presented them with and wouldn't let me leave until I had a working solution. Mind you, there have been several times that I went to them for advice without even making a purchase and they would always find time for me- and they didn't even install my pool.. Special thanks to Ari for making me feel like a valued customer bordering on friendship. You've earned my future business for services, supplies, and chemicals, and I would have saved myself two summers of pain if Cannon had done my installation. Don't make the same mistake I did. Have Cannon install and service your pool.

Message: I highly recommend Cannon pools. We went in looking to get an above ground pool for this summer. Mike helped us so much. He laid out all of our options, prices, quality of each pool, he didn't push us to get one over the other. He answered all of our questions. Mike definitely knows everything about these pools! He has kept in constant contact with me through this whole process. We have never had a pool before, and we have no clue about how to take care of it. Cannon has resources on their website to help us get the hang of it. Ready to enjoy our summers!
