Message: When a homeowner discovers they need electrical work done on their home, it can be a stressful and scary situation. This is the position I found myself in. I can say that the people at Patruno Electric were very patient and kind to me. The electrician was scheduled promptly, and when he arrived he was very pleasant and definitely knew his business. My electrical situation was fixed, and he even put up some outside lights that I needed to replace. I was very pleased at the cost for the final bill. I highly recommend this business.

Message: Called Patruno to install 2 outdoor outlets, Ring floodlight camera, and Ring video doorbell. They were extremely professional and answered all of my questions. They gave me a quote that was half the cost of another company but not with the compromise of quality. The electrician was on time and also answered whatever questions I had. Took no time for everything to be completed. I appreciate Patruno and would recommend them to others.

Message: Patruno electric went above and beyond for my Aunt who is mentally disabled. They remotely walked us through the entire process and were extremely accommodating. I can’t thank them enough for helping me remotely manage and complete this safety upgrade for my aunt!

Message: I'm impressed! They gave me a quote, got the permit, showed up on time, coordinated with National Grid and the City of Syracuse, replace the panel and tested it.. It's very nice to find someone who does what they say, for the quoted price with no surprises and great work!

From David who took my initial call to Mr Chuck Hendee who came and looked everything over to provide me with a quote to Denise who got me the quote and back to David who got my job scheduled. These people are amazing. Last and by certainly no means least, Mr Kolec, who came to my home and did the work. My home could not have been in better hands. Thank you all so much for your exceptional service. I would never consider calling any other Electrical company other than you.

Message: Had Patruno and Hendee in to do some upgrades and install new plugs and wiring in our new to us home in Liverpool. Beno and Luke were very professional and did excellent work with the installs and cleanup. We’ve had many contractors in since we bought the house last December, and Beno & Like were not only on time but early ( a very pleasant surprise). They came to the door introduced themselves, talked the project over with us and made us feel very comfortable with the work they were going to do. This company is top notch and deliver what they preach. We would recommend them to anyone needing a professional and can do company for any electrical needs. Five stars doesn’t give them a good enough rating in our opinion.
